Shipping Information

Books may ship from more than one location depending on the order contents. There are no additional shipping costs for split shipments.

U.S. orders: $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.
Foreign orders: $9.50 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.
