E. Victor Milione
ISI President (1963–1988)

E. Victor Milione (1924–2008) was ISI's longest serving president. He is credited with building up ISI's national campus infrastructure and establishing two of the Institute's most influential endeavors: The Intercollegiate Review and the Richard M. Weaver Fellowships. In addition to his work at ISI, in 1981 Mr. Milione was appointed to the Board of Foreign Scholarships by President Reagan and served on the Advisory Panel on International and Cultural Exchange of the United States Information Agency.
