H. Spencer Masloff, Jr.
 [E-mail] 		  Spencer Masloff is Senior Vice President of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. Mr. Masloff has managed ISI's Office of Development and Fundraising since 1989. Prior to working at ISI, he was Vice President of marketing and development at Free Congress Foundation where he had also earlier served as director of development. Mr. Masloff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University. He and his wife, Belinda, live in Pennsylvania with their three children.
